1 Order Cancellation
- ✓ Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it
- ✕ Once your order moves to processing or has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible
2 Returns & Exchanges
- ✕ Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped
- ✕ This applies to all products in our store, for both health and food safety reasons
- ✓ We encourage customers to double-check their cart before completing a purchase — if you have any doubts, our team is happy to help before you order
3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We pack every order with care, but sometimes things go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or containing the wrong item(s) — we take full responsibility.

- ✓ Issue a full refund — all shipping and handling fees are on us

4 Refunds
- ✓ Refunds are issued exclusively for orders confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled
- ✓ Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout
- ℹ️ Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account

- ✕ We cannot process return requests for orders that have already been shipped, regardless of the reason
